A pioneer in creating online communities to help marketers generate consumer insights, Diane helped found Communispace in 1999. She leads Communispace’s employees in building and managing the more than 700 private online customer communities the company has created for a marquee list of global corporations. Communispace is one of the fastest growing social networking companies in the country and has a 90+ percent client retention rate. Diane has spent her career helping companies become customer-focused—as a business executive, and as co-author of the book Customer-Centered Growth: Five Strategies for Building Competitive Advantage.
Diane serves on the boards of Tufts University, Panera, Governor Deval Patrick’s Innovation Council, The Boston Philharmonic, the Advertising Research Foundation, The Alliance for Business Leadership, and Horizons for Homeless Children. She received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and her B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.
