Join us for a networking reception and dual panel featuring Catchafire & Root Cause

The Social Enterprise Institute welcomes Catchafire & Root Cause as our featured November speakers as they discuss innovative platforms for social enterprises and non-profits to build capacity. A casual networking reception will take place in the basement lobby of Behrakis Building from 5:30-6:00pm, followed by a panel discussion.

Catchafire is a NYC based certified B-Corporation which matches professionals who want to give their skills with nonprofits and social enterprises that need their help. B Corps are a new type of corporation which uses the power of business to solve social and environmental problems. Catchafire will be represented by Rachael Chong, Catchafire's current CEO and Founder as well as Alex Hsiao, Product & Business Manager.

Root Cause is a Boston based nonprofit research and consulting firm that partners with nonprofits, philanthropy, government, and business to advance solutions to today’s toughest social issues. Root Cause will be represented by Allison Mirkin of the Consulting group and Anne Radday of the Social Impact Research (SIR) group.
