Would you like to raise funds for your start-up? Do you dream of working at a venture capital firm? Are you an aspiring angel investor? If so Investor Insights is the event for you!

Join IDEA for Investor Insights as we welcome a panel of Venture Capitalists and Angel Investors for a discussion and inside look at the investing industry. Attendees will be able to learn more about the industry from experienced investors as well as gain valuable feedback on early stage venture funding. Student moderators will lead the discussion, asking the panelists a variety of questions. Through this discussion, the panel will provide the audience with useful and candid information to help them determine steps they need to take to move a venture forward or to get their career started in the investment industry.

The moderated discussion hopes to help students get answers to a variety of questions, including:

  • How and when should I approach investors?
  • How far does my idea need to be developed before talking to an investor?
  • What makes a start-up investment ready?
  • What do you look for in a resume when hiring for your investment firm?

IDEA invites Northeastern students and alumni to attend and participate in the forum! Whether you are currently part of a startup venture or just want to learn more about the industry itself, Investor Insights will provide valuable information and serve as a beneficial networking event for all those in attendance.
