Our final breakfast session takes us to Founder’s Workbench, an innovative model of support to entrepreneurs, brought to you by the Technology Companies Group at Goodwin Procter, LLP. Ken Gordon, a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Corporate and Technology Companies Groups, has more than 19 years of experience representing privately held and publicly traded companies, investment banks, venture capital firms, and emerging and public growth companies. Mr. Gordon concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate representation, corporate finance and acquisitions.

Bill Schnoor, a partner and co-chair of the firm’s Technology Companies Group and one of the leaders of Goodwin Procter’s interdisciplinary practice focusing on investments in alternative energy and clean technologies, concentrates in the areas of business and securities law, private equity and acquisitions. He joined Goodwin Procter in 2005, after a 21-year career with Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP.
