Creative Industries Entrepreneurship

In the Creative Industries entrepreneurs integrate creative content with technology in a wide variety of venues and projects. Two major areas are in Game Design and Interactive Media. Attend the Law School's panel on the Electronic Games Industry and the EntreTech Forum panel on Digital Media and Gaming.

Creative Industries Entrepreneurship is of interest to much of the university because it is interdisciplinary by nature. The Law School is hosting a panel, as is the EntreTech Forum. The EntreTech Forum is a monthly networking activity sponsored by the School of Technological Entrepreneurship. But the heart of Creative Industries entrepreneurship at NU is in the Creative Industries department. Creative Industries provides for a selection of intense combined major degree programs in partnership with Art + Design, Music and Computer Science. The curriculum introduces students to the issues of managing the development of a creative and collaborative enterprise.
