Monetizing Mobile: How an NU startup is making money from the mobile software space



The main challenge to the company is creating a unified technology platform to allow entry into several verticals. The speakers will discuss the technology and market issues in growing the business.


Simon Dao, PhD., Co-Founder and CEO of Mobilaurus holds degrees from MIT and Harvard.

Christos Kombouras, Co-Founder of Mobilaurus and VP of Sales. Kombouras received his BS (EE) and MS (Technological Entrepreneurship) from Northeastern University.

What is nuACM?

We are the ACM Student Chapter of Northeastern University's College of Computer and Information Science. The Association for Computing Machinery, or ACM, was founded in 1947 as the world's first scientific and educational computing society. Its membership is currently around 78,000. There are over 500 student chapters all over the country.


What is CISters?

CISters is a group created with the intention of supporting and informing females who are interested in the computer and information sciences.
