Random actions and efforts in business are not productive. They are not efficient, nor are they effective. Long-term customer oriented success in an Owner-Managed Business is based on the development of a successful business strategy.
In this interactive active program we will discuss the forces that impact an Owner-Managed Business and we will identify the key areas that a business owner must focus on to achieve success.
Also as a part of this program we will highlight a practical five-step strategy development process for the Owner-Managed Business.
