Description:

ONEin3 Boston, managed by Devin Cole of the Boston Redevelopment Authority, serves the one-third of Boston's population that is between the ages of 20 and 34. The program connects Boston's young adults with resources related to home buying, business development, professional networking, and civic engagement. www.onein3boston.org

The Boston Young Entrepreneurs provide support to entrepreneurs at varying stages and levels of experience while establishing a united voice for its members. The Boston Young Entrepreneurs connect with the City of Boston in the hope of expanding existing support to small businesses in Boston. The Boston Young Entrepreneurs are open membership and all interested young adults are invited to attend.

The EO Accelerator Program is an initiative of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), designed to help emerging entrepreneurs become high-growth entrepreneurs. Using the experience of current EO members to nurture and support the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Devin Cole was appointed manager of ONEin3 in 2004. It was based on a set of focus groups that were done to figure out, from young people themselves, why they live in Boston, what they love about it and what they find challenging about living here. Devin Cole received a “2007 Special Appreciation Award” from Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino for his work as ONEin3’s program director.
