Congrats to Hamed on his accepted journal [1]  in the ACM Transactions on Architecture and Code Optimization (ACM TACO) . This article investigates how underutilized registers in an embedded processor can be put to good use for improving the reliability of frequently used registers. The work is an interplay at many abstraction levels: binary analysis and instrumentation, ISA extension and a micro architecture extension.

The journal is related to the project "Cross Layer Optimizations for Processors with Large Register Files". Read more about this project here.
