The Entrepreneurs Club hosts a series or workshops, programs and events to give Northeastern students what they need to start a company, work for a startup and join any local Innovation Community.
Tuesday Speaker Series
Each week we bring a new local entrepreneur to campus to tell their story, meet Northeastern students and give YOU the inside scoop on how to rock starting a company. This is a weekly event you won’t want to miss. We’ve got some pretty interesting and diverse companies coming to speak, see some of the companies that this semester’s founders are from.
Always wondered if you’re the only one who likes cool things? Come and meet like-minded individuals who share your interests over a cup (or three) of coffee. Network with other students and entrepreneurs who have similar niche entrepreneurial interests (ex. Tech, Food, Music, Healthcare) as you!
TechTreks are our way of getting Northeastern students off of campus, into the Boston innovation community and meeting local entrepreneurs! We plan trips to companies where we meet startup founders, their teams and see their offices. It’s a great way to build your network, meet fellow Northeastern students and see what awaits you post-graduation.
Husky Startup Challenge
Do you have an idea that could change the world? Whether it’s a new online pet rental service, bathroom cleaning robot, or the next cure for smelly feet, the Husky Startup Challenge (HSC) is here to help turn your idea into a company.Through a series of bootcamps, workshops, networking events and a final Demo Day participants will get support to finish the program with a functioning business and plans to grow.
Pitch Day pairs students from all over campus with companies in IDEA, Northeastern University’s Venture Accelerator. The partnerships last for one semester for the purpose of immersing students in startup life and giving them hands-on work experience.
This semester, the InNUvate team consists of five students and have taken on the challenge of coming up with an innovation for the student-body. Keep an eye out for the InnovateEDU team’s progress announcements and we hope you will apply for upcoming semesters.
