Bureaucracy is excruciating. We are frustrated because it pervades our lives and it is a black hole, consuming time and money. The pain of bureaucracy is rooted in not knowing how to deal with it. At the moment, we unsuccessfully wade through thousands of links on Google and read numerous poorly written webpages trying to piece together the information needed to complete important tasks (e.g. obtain a work visa, apply to colleges, sign up for health care, get training certifications etc.).
Proper Channel’s mission is to end the pain of bureaucracy. We believe the solution is to enable the expertise of today to guide the actions of tomorrow. To guide the layperson, we want to offer a detailed map to assist in navigating this opaque process. Flowcharts solve the problem: they increase transparency, capture conditionals to provide correct and directed information, and they reduce complexity to simple steps. Our web-based tool is collaborative so that people with experience can help guide others. Moreover, we make it easy to do paperwork. While providing users with a detailed map, we are also developing a tool (the ‘Bundler’) to allow people to fill out, sign, fax, and mail all forms from the web. No printer, no paper, no problem.
We are a pre-seed startup, looking to validate our idea, seed our user base, and are currently seeking our first round of angel funding.

Boston Teawrights is a small startup built around the experience behind creating craft tea. The idea was developed for more than a year. It was early Spring when Teawrights launched and the journey began. Sound corny? Help us do better.
I write "we" a lot. While this is primarily one person, I have great folks helping me out here and there. You can meet them too.
We're looking for proactive and sociable folks to intern with us part-time. You will assist in our marketing efforts, develop your writing & marketing skills, and just as importantly, work with us in developing actionable strategies to engage audiences. Do, learn, build. This role gives you the chance to be creative, implement and learn. You will own your projects, you will have an impact here.
We will meet at least once a week, but for the most part you will be free to set your own schedule and decide where to work. I care more that you deliver your projects on time & with regard to high quality, than I care that you clocked 10+ hours in any week. You will help work at occasional weekend & weeknight events, though.
Based on your interests, the role revolves around:
Why should you want to be a part of LevelUp?
Because it's all about the money! (No, that's not what exactly what we mean… keep reading...) Money isn't everything in life, but it sure does touch a lot of things in one way or another. For example, we all know that money can't buy happiness, but when you're out on a long run on a hot day, without your wallet, and you can buy an ice-cold bottle of water with your phone, money's definitely facilitating happiness.
We're building a better way to pay to every consumer (1.5MM so far) and every merchant (5,000 so far), and we have a new mission should you choose to accept.
Here’s where you enter as our newest Legionnaire.
