What is Enrollment Management?
Enrollment Management is a term that is used frequently in higher education to describe well-planned strategies and tactics to shape the enrollment of an institution and meet established goals.
Under the leadership of Vice President Sundar Kumarasamy, the Enrollment Management division supports students’ educational and professional goals as it engages with them throughout their relationship with the university.
At Northeastern, Enrollment Management is made up of several departments, including Undergraduate Admissions, Student Financial Services, the Office of Global Services, Opportunity Scholarships, the Enrollment Contact Center, the Center for the Advancement of Veterans and Servicemembers, the Center for Financial Independence, Enrollment Research and Enrollment Systems.
Enrollment Management, along with Student Affairs and The Northeastern Global Network, work under the overall leadership of Philly Mantella, Senior Vice President and CEO of the Northeastern Global Network.

SpriggHR: Online Performance Management Tool
As the university continues to focus on a goals based performance management process, Enrollment Management is excited to announce the introduction of a new platform through which you will be able to create and track your goals in partnership with your manager. SpriggHR, an online performance management tool, allows staff and managers to evaluate their goals throughout the year and creates a streamlined performance review process.
During the initial implementation phase, we will be using SpriggHR for goal setting and will utilize this tool for self-assessments and progress tracking during the next performance review cycle. We look forward to using SpriggHR to keep goal-setting at the forefront of performance management. Learn more about SpriggHR and upcoming training opportunities.
