Module Teams

The module teams are responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of the Banner within the designated timeframes and budget. They ensure that the system being implemented supports the institution's processing requirements, while continuously evaluating new processes in support of more efficient practices. In addition, they help foster decision consensus among and between supporting work groups and work to develop documentation that supports the needs of each group.
