David Winch
David Winch joined Northeastern in August 2001 as director of the Customer Service Center, formerly known as the bursar’s office. He works closely with other departments in enrollment management and the colleges to improve communication around university policies, increase the level of service offered to students and develop strategies for making Northeastern affordable for students. Winch spent several years in the research and referral industry, as the general manger for the Boston office of Ceridian Corp.’s LifeWorks program. He brings to Northeastern a background in customer service combined with a breadth of experience in education that goes back to his earlier years as a teacher and school administrator. Winch holds a bachelor's in education and history from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and a master’s in educational management from Fitchburg State College. | ||
