M. Seamus Harreys
Seamus Harreys joined Northeastern in May 2001 as dean of Student Financial Services. In this position, Harreys awards and aids over 15,000 undergraduate, graduate and University College students. For most of his professional career, Harreys has worked in higher education administration, including admissions, financial aid, student affairs and residential life. As a financial aid administrator, he has been employed by or consulted at over 15 colleges and universities. He serves as a chair of the government relations committee of the Massachusetts Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, and as a member of the Advisory Board of the Massachusetts Office of Student Financial Assistance and the College Board College Scholarship Assembly. Harreys holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Gordon College and a master’s of education from Harvard University. | ||
