On December 14 Richard Bjorkman, publications manager for Student Central, Mike Wildeman, associate director for Student Financial Services, and Erin Dayharsh, assistant director for Campus Activities & Programs, received the EMSA Outstanding Staff Award which recognizes EMSA employees for their outstanding contributions to the division.

On September 15 at the Andover Country Club Maryann Gorrie, Assistant Manager Customer Service Operations, and Maureen Ventola, Customer Service Operations Specialist, from Student Central celebrated 25 years of service to the university at the 25 Years Associates luncheon. They were inducted by President Aoun, former President Jack Curry and VP of Human Resources Kater Pendergast
