Emily Snead
On co-op with an environmental consulting firm in Vancouver, Canada, called ESSA Technologies, Northeastern University senior Emily Snead tested remote-sensing tools that will be used to pinpoint the impact of climate change on forest life.

Alyssa Pandolfi
Alyssa is a fourth year Environmental Sciences major with a minor in both Environmental Studies and Spanish. Even though her major is Environmental Sciences, the majority of the work she performs on campus and for her co-ops is in the field of Environmental Studies.

Caroline Malcolm
After completing her freshman year as a Political Science and International Affairs major at Stonehill College, Caroline Malcolm transferred to Northeastern University and stumbled upon the Environmental Studies Program during her orientation.

Steffi Klosterman
Northeastern University freshman Steffi Klosterman completed her first experiential learning opportunity even before she arrived on campus in the fall.
For two weeks this summer, Klosterman volunteered at the Institute of Arctic Biology’s Toolik Field Station in northern Alaska. The secluded station is located more than 350 miles north of Fairbanks in the northern foothills of the Brooks Range.
