Staff Council

The Staff Council will represent all administrative/support staff members of Northeastern University, advocating for members cooperatively and collegially. The Staff Council will act as liaison for administrative/supports staff and Director of Human Resources Management/appropriate upper management personnel, recommending procedural changes and suggestions to Human Resource Management.

We will educate, inform and relay informational policies from upper management to our represented staff. We will hold in confidence all work-related problems or concerns brought before the Staff Council at Northeastern University.

We strive to provide support and assistance to promote harmonious communications within the NU community. We will organize special events and NU cultural projects that will enhance and encourage healthy communication between the Staff Council, those represented and other groups and organizations within the University community.
