Office of Risk Management

Risk Services touches almost every area of the University and offers a variety of outreach programs.

Their mission is to help protect the human resources, physical assets, financial solvency and reputation of Northeastern University, so that the University may pursue its core mission of education.

The long-term objectives for Risk Services at Northeastern are to develop the department into a valuable resource for all campus constituencies; help those constituencies pursue their own missions with risk management in mind;create a culture that involves basic risk management thought processes into every day operations for everyone on campus; limit exposures to liability, property and other losses; allocate the University's resources efficiently by reducing the cost of risk.
