On March 4, 2005, Alicia Russell organized a panel of directors from four New Media Centers who shared their strategies for establishing and strengthening institutional commitment to teaching with technology. They explained both the good and the bad - offering examples of how to build successful programs and write effective policies, as well as explaining how to learn from mistakes.
