Take 2: Note Taker HD

After experiencing inadequate performance from iAnnotate for what I need to do in class, I am currently trying Note Take HD. It seems to be able to handle my notation needs with the stylus much better. I’m using the BoxWave – so maybe it wasn’t the stylus that was causing my previous issues, but iAnnotate that didn’t process mark-ups well.

DropBox and BoxWave

My project involves going into class, plugging my iPad2 into the projector cable, and projecting and marking up a pdf file (student notes that they have in book form).

The file I’ll use will be downloaded from DropBox – this is the “cloud” they talk about, where I can go pick up stored files from any computer or iPhone/iPad. It’s awesome.
