Try to think of ways to present content visually. One of the biggest reasons to use PowerPoint is the ability it gives you to easily add visual elements to your presentation. There is truth to the old adage that “a picture – or graph or diagram or table – is worth a thousand words.”
Explore PowerPoint's built-in graphics features.Take some time to explore the shapes and diagrams that PowerPoint provides. They are an easy way to add professional looking visual elements without artistic skill.
Use a content layout template to size and position graphics elements. When you want a chart or picture to fill only a portion of a slide, using a content template will size the object to fit without distortion.
