Handling Assignments, Tests and Grades

When the Blackboard is not available, you may want to follow the following procedure to administer tests:

• Publish assignment or test files in Google Apps or send them through email.
• Students submit their answer sheets through email. Remind them not to include any personal confidential information.
• Grades and feedback may be emailed individually.
• To keep track of grades, enter them into an Excel spreadsheet. You may also upload the grades into Blackboard. For Blackboard tutorials, please refer here.
• At the end of the semester, you will need to upload the final grades into Banner. For tutorials, please refer to:

To examine originality of essay exams or assignments, you may utilize Turnitin through Blackboard.
