Google's mission statement is "to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful." This is the perfect tag line for this Hands-On! Session because we will explore different web tools (some Google, some not) that you can use to collaborate, communicate and streamline your work-flow. Tools we will cover include Flickr, Tumblr, Google Docs, and Jing. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop or mobile device (such as an iPad) to work with during the session.

Hands On! Workshops are held once a month and taught by Seth Merriam, EdTech's Web Services Manager and Multimedia Designer. During each workshop you will get hands-on practice with a new technology skill, and share ideas with colleagues about ways to use it for teaching and learning.
