2011 ELI Online Fall Focus Session: Open Educational Content

EdTech is pleased to host the ELI 2011 Online Fall Focus Session live in our conference room (215 Snell Library). Join us Wednesday, September 14 from 12-5:30 and Thursday, September 15 from 12-5 to exchange ideas and collaborate interactively with the ELI community. The session will define what open educational content is and is not, examine the technology trends that have begun to serve as enablers of open content (e.g., mobility, software, the cloud, lower technology costs), address models of authoring and participation in open content use (e.g., delivery and organization issues) and review models for assessing the impact of open resources on student success.
