Performance Evaluation Process
Information for Students
The performance evaluation process is explained to students during the Introduction to Co-op class, and copies of the evaluation form may be obtained from co-op faculty coordinators and on line.
At the end of the Co-op period, students and supervisors meet to discuss the total experience and the student performance evaluation, which is then submitted to the faculty co-op coordinator. Students must hand in a student assessment of their co-op experience, complete a reflection assignment, and attend a reflection meeting with the faculty coordinator. All of the paperwork must be submitted to the co-op faculty coordinator in order to receive a grade for co-op.
