Performance Evaluation Process

Supervisors of Co-op students are asked to actively participate in the process at three time points during the student’s Co-op period.

• At the beginning of the Co-op period: Meeting with student and establishment of learning and performance objectives for student for the Co-op Period;
• At the mid-point of the Co-op period: Meeting with student, completion of mid-term evaluation, and revising goals, as necessary; and
• At the end of the Co-op period: Meeting with student and submittal of final performance evaluation for the Co-op period.
