Students who are planning to enter Northeastern University in the fall of 2020 should submit their documentation to DRCDocumentation@northeastern.edu.
The documentation the DRC asks for varies by disability, but typically we require students to submit a self-disclosure form, verification of prior accommodations, and diagnostic documentation from a treating clinician or evaluator. Students should refer to our documentation guidelines for detailed information about the information required; students and parents with questions can ask for an online meeting with a disability specialist by emailing DRCDocumentation@northeastern.edu.
Please provide an email address and information about your disability so we can respond promptly and effectively. One of our specialist will contact you to set up a virtual meeting to discuss your requests in more detail.
Documentation can be submitted by email to DRCDocumentation@northeastern.edu or faxed to 617-373-7800. The documentation review process is continuing as the DRC works remotely and can takes up to 2 weeks to complete from the time we receive a complete intake packet.
