The Dietary Assessment Center (DAC) is located in the Department of Health Sciences at Northeastern University. DAC provides data collection, processing, development and interpretation of dietary intake data. Dr. Katherine L. Tucker, Professor of Health Sciences, is the director. We have research staff highly skilled in providing unique, specialized dietary assessment services.
