Ways to recruit tutors: Graduate students are TAs for the course. Undergrads are recruited by faculty who teach Biology courses and via the Biochemistry clubs.
Tutors Qualifications: Peer tutors must have recently passed the course(s) they plan to tutor with an A- or higher, must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, must demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, and must attend CRLA Level 1 Basic Tutoring Training.
