Tutoring appointments should be canceled within 24 hours. A student can cancel a tutoring appointment in-person (at 101 Lake Hall), by phone (617-373-8931) or by email NUpeertutoring@gmail.com. If the student cancels or fails to show up for a scheduled tutoring appointment for two consecutive times or on a systematic basis without a legitimate excuse (medical emergency) the student will not be allowed to use the peer tutoring services for the remainder of that academic semester.
