FACT stands for Faculty and Advisor Communication Tool. FACT is an early-warning tool that provides faculty with a method for providing feedback to advisers and pertinent staff for early intervention, coaching, and assistance. FACT has been in use in the College of Professional Studies since 2013 and has been successful as an early warning system and at improving retention.
