This workshop critically examines some of the research on syllabi and then asks participants to examine sample syllabi from the perspective of students. We will discuss what a syllabus can and cannot do and what we can do to create a course syllabus that best aligns our individual teaching philosophies with the needs of our students.  This workshop is offered by CATLTR.
