Evidence-based Principles for Multimedia Learning (Workshop)

Is it a good idea to include a small video of yourself in an online lecture?  Should online presentations be the same length as classroom lectures?  These questions can be answered by examining a model of human cognition that explains how we process multimedia materials.  While online learning is the primary focus of this research, lessons can be drawn for onsite presentations as well.
