Rebecca Shansky

I am a fifth-year graduate student working in Dr. Shansky’s lab. As an undergraduate, my research involved investigating sex differences in the brain and the effects of hormones on olfactory processing. My current research interests focus on sex differences in fear behavior, and how these differences are represented in the brain. Additionally, I am interested in the role of estrogen and dopamine in shaping fear processing in the brain, as well as fear behavior.
