Lisa Feldman Barrett

I am a fourth-year graduate student working with Dr. Lisa Feldman Barrett. Current neuroimaging literature presents many human brain networks that are involved in various forms of cognitive or emotion tasks. I am interested in examining the relationship between these networks, specifically demonstrating their domain-generality and degeneracy. Additionally, I try to study these networks under more ecologically valid settings, so that we can probe the brain’s natural predictive machinery without arbitrary disruption. I also enjoy learning new techniques used in neuroimaging analyses and exploring brains of other species such as macaques.
