The Marine Science Center welcomes visitors from around the world for special events and programs. Visitors range from toddlers who are learning about the ocean to university-level researchers who are working on a field study.
These programs include programs starting with Sea Tots for toddlers up to field trips for high school students. These are also programs for homeschooled students, summer programs and special initiatives.

The Marine Science Center utilizes a seawater system to provide filtered seawater to our tanks and aquariums. Collection of filtered seawater by non-Northeastern researchers and/or their students is permitted with prior approvals.
