On April 11-12, 2017, we co-hosted the Boston Harbor & Islands Science Symposium. Participants at this event shared and learned about the latest in research and monitoring on coastal and marine ecosystems found in the Boston Harbor and islands region.
The featured keynote speakers were:
- Dr. Anne Giblin, Senior Scientist, Marine Biological Laboratory Ecosystems Center
- Rich Batiuk, Associate Director for Science, Analysis, and Implementation, Chesapeake Bay Program
The event also included field trips, a science cafe, panels, concurrent sessions, lightning talks, posters, and an evening program.
