Ph.D. Graduates
Graduates must have their dissertations submitted by April 26, 2013 in order to be hooded in the May 3, 2013 ceremony. August 2013 graduates will be invited to participate in the May 2014 ceremony.
Masters Graduates
January 2013, May 2013 and August 2013 graduates should plan to participate in the May 3, 2013 ceremony.

May 2013 Graduates
Friday, April 26, 2013 – Last day to have theses or dissertations submitted electronically via ProQuest in order to be cleared to graduate in May 2013.
Thursday, May 2, 2013 – Ph.D. Hooding Ceremony and Reception for August 2012, January 2013 and May 2013 Ph.D. graduates.
Friday, May 3, 2013 – May 2013 Graduate date and ceremony.
Friday, May 10, 2013 – Last day to have theses or dissertations submitted electronically via ProQuest without having to register for Continuation in Summer 2013 (for August 2013 graduation date).
August 2013 Graduates
Friday, August 9, 2013 – Last day to have theses or dissertations submitted electronically via ProQuest in order to be cleared to graduate in August 2013.
Thursday, August 29, 2013 – August 2013 Graduation date (no ceremony). Diplomas will be dated August 30, 2013.
Friday, September 6, 2013 – Last day to have theses or dissertations submitted electronically via ProQuest without having to register for Continuation in Fall 2013 (for January 2014 graduation date).
NOTE: Students submitting a thesis or dissertation between Monday, May 13, 2013 and Friday, September 6, 2013 must register for Continuation in the Summer 2013 semester.
