The Peer Tutoring Program offers a wide variety of tutoring services to meet the academic needs of the Northeastern’s undergraduate students.

An instructor can require or recommend peer tutoring; however, it is always the student’s responsibility to schedule tutoring appointments. Peer tutoring appointments may last up to one hour.

The Peer Tutoring Program hires qualified undergraduate students based on recommendations they receive from faculty whose course(s) they tutor. In addition, all peer tutors are trained in accordance to College Reading & Learning Association national tutor certification guidelines.

The complete list of disciplines supported can be found on the Peer Tutoring Program website.
