Ove Hoegh-Guldberg at Sustaining Coastal Cities Conference

On May 23, 2013 the College of Science at Northeastern University hosted the Sustaining Coastal Cities conference. It was a day-long conference on the critical role and fragile state of marine ecosystems.

This is an audio recording of Ove Hoegh-Guldberg‘s lecture, “Why should we worry about the ocean?” Hoegh-Guldberg is the inaugural director of the Global Change Institute at the University of Queensland, an institute dedicated to providing a vehicle for collaborative research, learning, engagement and advocacy in major global change issues.
