NU Leased Housing in NYC

All applications and deposits for NU Leased Housing in NYC are handled by the Co-op Connections Manager, Sonya Cottam. Students must either meet with Sonya or attend one of the Beyond Boston Housing Workshops before completing an application.  Please note that space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.  

 

NEW YORK HOUSING

Educational Housing Services (EHS) is the company from which Northeastern University leases space in the St. George and New Yorker residences. For more information on these residences please go to www.studenthousing.org.

 

NU at Brooklyn Heights, New York

 This classic 1920s hotel, located in the heart of scenic Brooklyn Heights, in located one subway stop from Manhattan. The St. George, once a destination for celebrities and athletes, now houses more than 800 students and interns from around the world. The accommodations consist of double bedrooms with a bathroom in the room, cable TV, and Internet access.
