Students studying the social sciences explore intrinsic questions about human nature and behavior, the organization and functioning of societies and cultures, and how humans seek to shape the world they share.
Programs within the realm of social sciences provide connections to a wide variety of co-op experiences: political science and international affairs; economics, law, banking, and security industries; and co-ops abroad with organizations including many devoted to international diplomacy and human services.

These partnerships offer students myriad co-op positions with municipal, state, and federal government offices; law firms, courts, and law enforcement organizations; schools, group homes, and mental health clinics and hospitals; and community development agencies.
