Apartment style rooms include private kitchens and bathroom facilities, as well as furnished common living areas.

Enhanced Semi-Private Style Rooms
Enhanced semi-private style rooms are located in a state-of-the-art high rise and are comfortably furnished with a desk, chair, dresser and extra-long twin bed.
The following amenities are included at no additional cost:
- Linens, blanket, pillow, towels
- Private bathroom shared with connecting room
- Air conditioning
- 24-hour, front-door security
- Live-in professional and student staff (on call 24 hrs/day)
- Lounges equipped with televisions and community study areas within building
Dormitory Style Rooms
Dormitory style rooms are furnished with a desk, chair, dresser and an extra-long twin bed. Rooms may either be single or double occupancy. Single occupancy is based on space availability.

- Community bathrooms per floor (by gender)
- 24-hour, front-door security
- Live-in professional and student staff (on call 24 hrs/day)
