Tickets/Cap & Gown

TICKETS

Please note that ticket allocation is based upon the actual number of students participating in the ceremony, and capacity of the venue. Your graduation from Northeastern University is a major milestone in your life, and we wish that we could issue an unlimited amount of tickets for your loved ones. However, we must accommodate an equal number of guest tickets for all of our students.

UNDERGRADUATE CEREMONY - 4 Guest Tickets:
Guest tickets will be distributed to qualifying candidates attending the Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 3, 2013
(You will be required to present a photo I.D.)

Guest tickets will be available in 230 Cushing Hall, April 16th through April 19th between 10am and 4pm

If you are unable to pick up your guest tickets during the times allotted, you may have someone pick them up on your behalf provided they have the following:

a signed letter from you or a printed email from your Husky account authorizing the pick-up
a photo ID – this name must match the name authorized in the letter or email

GRADUATE CEREMONY - 3 Guest Tickets:

Online access will open on April 1, 2013 through April 14, 2013
Eligible candidates must complete an exit interview, if applicable, before this date. Failure to do so will delay receipt of your tickets
Once tickets are available please follow these steps to print your tickets:

Go to your myNEU
Go to Ticket Center (myNEU Central) – myTickets
Choose: Commencement 2013: Graduate Level Ceremony
Choose the # of guest tickets you need to accommodate your guests
Print/Save ticket(s)

SCHOOL OF LAW CEREMONY - 10 Guest tickets:
61 Cargill Hall
Pick up will begin March 25, 2013

COLLEGE OF PROFESSIONAL STUDIES CEREMONY:
Please refer to the College of Professional Studies website for updates.

CAP AND GOWN

Academic regalia will be provided to all qualifying candidates according to the following schedule:
*All participating graduates must wear the regalia provided for them by the University, unless they are military personnel

UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE CEREMONIES:
Cabot Center/Solomon Court

Tuesday, April 30, 2013 and Wednesday, May 1, 2013 - 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 2, 2013 - 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
