The National Science Foundation selected Northeastern’s College of Engineering to host the 2012 NSF CMMI Engineering Research and Innovation Conference from July 9-12, 2012. The conference with the theme “Engineering Transformation through Partnerships“ served as the focus point for the division’s interactions, and brought together 1500 grantees and NSF program directors in a highly-visible forum. This hosting honor was complemented by the fact that half of the College’s 120+ faculty have active funding from NSF, an impressive percentage.
We encourage you to review our website and thank you for your interest.
Warm wishes from Northeastern,
Mel Bernstein, Vice Provost for Research and Graduate Education
Allen Soyster, Dean of Engineering
Sara Wadia-Fascetti, Associate Dean of Engineering for Research and Graduate Education
Hameed Metghalchi, Professor of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering
Jerry Hajjar, Chair of Civil and Environmental Engineering
