CHARLOTTE, N.C. (September 29, 2016) – Northeastern University Charlotte is kicking off its five year anniversary celebration next week by hosting eight free graduate education events over four days, October 5-8, at its Uptown campus at Trade and Tryon.

Wednesday, October 5
5:30 – 7:30 pm Sample A Class: Experience Northeastern first-hand and learn what to expect as a student in our programs
5:30 – 6:30 pm LEVEL Information Session: Learn about our data analytics boot camp

Thursday, October 6
7:30 – 9 am Making Your MoveJoin us for breakfast to hear from both career consultants and changers about how to move up in your current field or over to a completely new one.
5:30 – 7:30 pm Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) Information Session: Tour our campus and learn about our newest program for those with a bachelor’s degree
6 – 7:30 pm Work, Life, School … and Fitting YOU Into the Equation: Hear from students and alumni about their Northeastern experience

Friday, October 7
9 – 10 am Making Sense of the Virtual Classroom (Webinar): Learn what it’s like to be a student in an online classroom

Saturday, October 8
10 am – 1 pm Let’s Get YOU Started: Personalized 1-on-1 application workshop
4 – 6 pm Doctoral Reception: Meet our EdD students (for Doctor of Education prospective students only)

Northeastern’s Charlotte campus, the University’s first expansion outside of Boston, opened in October, 2011.  Since then, it has grown from eight master’s degrees to 40 degree and certificate programs.
