NCL Lessons Learned Workshop

Northeastern CCNE is hosting the NCI’s Nanotechnology Characterization Lab (NCL) an intensive one-day workshop on the science of preclinical characterization of nanomaterials. This workshop will cover some of the “lessons learned” from the NCL’s testing of more than 240 nanotechnology-based candidate cancer treatments and diagnostics. The NCL performs physiochemical characterization, in vitro experiments and in vivo testing for collaborators, to support regulatory filings with the FDA.
The suggested audience would be scientists and students working in nanotechnology and nanotech drug development. Sections will be lead by five (5) NCL scientists: Scott McNeil, Anil Patri, Steve Stern, Marina Dobrovolskaia and Jeff Clogston.

Date: September 28, 2012
Location:  Northeastern University, 140 The Fenway building, Conference Room 378
Time: 09:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.

Registration is free and held before August 15, 2012. Registration is closed.
