*** NOTE TO LINUX USERS ***
The four mixed exponential parametric model is very computationally intensive. Some users have experienced what appear to be memory-related crashes when computing this model. To date this has only been a problem for users running Fedora. No MAC users have had problems.
The fourth-order model is included in order to obtain greater precision for certain large and complex datasets. You can still use CatchAll by turning the fourth-order model OFF. This is easily done by including zero as the third input parameter (see Section 3(b) of the manual).
If you are having problems running the four mixed exponential model, we want to know. Please contact
and include the version of Linux you are using and any error messages that were generated.
