International Students

All admitted international students must complete and return the appropriate ISSI Form 601 Graduate School Declaration and Certification of Finances (DCF) form verifying that you have adequate financial resources for your living and studying expenses. The International Student & Scholar Institute will be unable to send the necessary Certificate of Eligibility (DS 2019 or I-20) document to you until your DCF has been received and approved by the College of Social Sciences and Humanities Graduate School. If you are receiving an assistantship, you are still required to complete the DCF for biographical and contact information.

If you do not need a Certificate of Eligibility, please complete the ISSI Form 643 Data Form, as requested by our International Student & Scholar Institute. Please return this form to the College of Social Sciences and Humanities Graduate School with your signed admission offer contract.
